This one reminds me of when I'm roving. Today, I walked up to a banker who had a call to escalate. I asked her what the problem was.
Banker - This woman is mad because she got overdraft fees for these checks.
Me - So she spent money she doesn't have?
Banker - Yes.
Me - Okay, so the root of the problem is the fact she's an idiot. Got it. Go ahead and transfer the call.
